Smoked Goose Liver Dumplings
Coated in pistachio crumbs, served with flambéed sour cherry ragout and braided mini brioche

Chilled Teriyaki Beef Brisket –  GF, LF
With coriander and soy glass noodle salad, wasabi mayonnaise, and chili jam

Served with Waldorf salad and crisp English celery

Stuffed with roasted red pepper and smoked mozzarella, wrapped in Black Forest ham, served with creamy green gnocchi with provolone cheese

Herb-stuffed pork tenderloin wrapped in crispy pork belly, served with green pesto mashed potatoes, marinated zucchini salad, sun-dried tomatoes, toasted pine nuts, and parmesan

Grilled Aged Flank Steak – GF,LF
With smoked winter vegetables (Jerusalem artichoke, beetroot, sweet potato, parsnip, celery), truffle mashed potatoes, and gorgonzola sauce

DINNER TICKETS WITH ALL-NIGHT TABLE RESERVATION

-EARLY BIRD DINNER TICKET : until December 20th: 85 Euro + 10% service charge, Total 95 Euro

– NORMAL PRICE DINNER TICKET: After December 20th: 100 Euro + 10% service charge, Total 112 Euro

The dinner ticket includes: all night table reservation, unlimited buffet dinner, late-night snacks, and a complimentary midnight champagne toast.

WALK-IN PARTY TICKET: 25 EURO, ENTRY FROM 11:00 PM
The walk-in ticket includes the midnight champagne toast and late-night snacks. No table reservation for this ticket.
